Yeah, Brandon's done an incredible bit of journalism here to find out that Tony Cannes was one of the

bidders effectively for WWE in 2023. Now, it wasn't just Tony Cannahn opening up his pocket money and going, yeah, I fancy that.

It was a company that he backs.

It's called Base 10, right?

So he bid for the company when it was up for sale in 2023, according to court filings.

Now, this was a merger and acquisition, obviously, that ultimately led to Endeavour buying WW and merging it with the UFC under TKO group.

An acquisition that has proved quite controversial because it is currently the subject of a lawsuit, which we'll get into as well.

But good news, because without that, we wouldn't know this.

Exactly.

So the complaint, which was originally

filed in Delaware in November 2023, has been unredacted. Right. So new information has come to light.

There's a bunch of different things in here and there's a bunch of like the, there are some

responses where they are denying the accusations of wrongdoing in the lawsuit,

the allegations of wrongdoing in this takeover, WWE and TKOR.

But they do affirm the identity of the bidders when Vince put WW up for sale shortly after
