we all know what it is but it's a lot worse than you think and I have been covering this story on this channel and with my whiteboard

videos for some time it's the implosion in the commercial real estate bubble but I didn't even understand how bad it was until I listened

to this recent podcast with an industry expert that has been in the commercial real estate business for the last 20 years.

And everyone knows about office.

Oh, George George, I get it with the office this and off no no no now

that bubble that has imploded is bleeding over even into multif-family.
