I'm sure everyone right now is wondering why on earth the rent is continuing to go up.

If housing prices are at an all-time high although they've come off a little bit

housing prices are nose-bleed levels and rents just keep going up and up and up and up

what is going on here at some point don't people run out of money they

run out of purchasing power therefore they can't afford to continue to pay the

higher and higher and higher rents I mean the math just doesn't work.

It doesn't make any sense.

Biden administration now is allowing states to spend Medicaid money on food and you guessed it housing.
