0:38.6	camping news. Welcome back, everybody. First up, Thor Industries, the world's largest
0:45.5	RV manufacturer, has announced that it is restructuring. Since its inception, really,
0:51.1	Thor's individual companies like J-Co, Keystone, Airstream, Crossroads, KZ, and Tiffin,
0:57.2	there's about a dozen of them altogether, have all been independent companies held under one
1:01.7	holding company umbrella, Thor Industries. Those companies all competed against one another.
1:07.6	They all purchased materials and components separately. They marketed independently, all, of course, while having a whole lot of collaborative support from being a part of the same parent organization, of course. Well, now Thor is restructuring, effective immediately, combining companies together, primarily under two individual working groups, each with its own CEO.
1:29.0	Thorisites rapid dealer consolidation in recent years, evolving consumer expectations,
1:34.3	and brand optimization and data integration as reasons for the change.
1:38.6	One group will primarily be structured around JCO.
1:41.5	Over the last few years, JECco already has taken control of Integra,
1:45.9	Open Range, and Heartland brands, and now Tiffin Motorhomes will be added to the group.
1:50.9	One can surmise that this change is at least in some way related to Lee Tiffin's abrupt departure
1:56.1	a couple weeks ago from the company his grandfather founded.
