Hi, Ben. Hi. I'm back. It's been a minute. Yes, it's been a minute. I was away for, what was it, like five weeks, four weeks, with my family in Lake Tahoe. And we just had the best time. And I have to tell you, not only did I need it, but also it was so, you know, Lake Tahoe is so

beautiful. Have you been there with me yet? I have not. We have to fix that. I haven't seen you

in forever in person anyway, but yeah, I'm going to come out there. We'll figure that out.

It is so magical. And I feel like it was such an incredible reboot and reminder of how important being in nature is for me.

I don't know about for everybody, but for me, I do much better when I can go outside, when I put the phone down, I could go outside and I could

look at this beauty and the bigness of what nature is. It was just a great reminder. I was with

obviously the kids and Dave and we all took that time off and there was no running around at

baseball games or getting Bella to rehearsal. It was just,

we would wake up every day and be like, what do you want to do today? You want to go for a walk,

you want to go for a hike. And it was so lovely. And you sent those pictures, and I will tell you,

it looked exactly lovely, you know, where I am. And I've been in some nice

spaces. I was able to get out to Lake Tybee off of Savannah, really gorgeous beaches. I was down in

Florida. But it has been about 900 billion degrees in this part of the woods. And it is so humid that

every time you step outside, it's like you're stepping into a subway car full of armpits.

Yeah, Tahoe's like 84, 85 and it gets cooler at night. And it was just, I don't know, it was great.

And it also gave me, I think, different perspective on my activism and also all the creative stuff that I'm

working on and really trying to think about what point am I at right now in my activism

because it feels different to me. And I don't know if you're feeling that way too, but it feels

like the problems facing us as a nation and globally feel so insurmountable.

And I know that everyone says, well, they want it to feel that way.

But I'm having like this introspective thing that's happening right now that I'm like very,
