But I think I was actually really surprised this deal went down I really and I said this on the podcast thought that they were going to take it to the spring because

Dac Prescott had leverage way beyond what the Cowboys had for two reasons.

One, there's always going to be more demand than supply for quarterbacks in the NFL and so if you have

demand exceeding supply they were probably going to be five to ten teams willing to

pay Dak Press got a whole lot of money next year and when you have other suitors

well then your market price goes up. This is not like the

Cowboys have Michael Pennix waiting in the wings like Trey Lance is not ready to be
