Today's episode takes us behind the scenes of director Paul Greengrass's new Western, News of the World.

Set five years after the end of the Civil War, the film follows a veteran who sets out

to return a 10-year-old girl to her family after she is taken by the Kiowa people.

Their journey across the harsh plains of Texas soon becomes a fight for survival as the

traveling companions encounter danger at every turn.

In addition to News of the World, Mr. Greengrass's directorial credits include the feature

films 22nd July, Green Zone, the Jason Bourne series, and Bloody Sunday.

He was nominated for the DGA Award for Outstanding Directorial Achievement in Motion Pictures

for his 2013 film, Captain Phillips.

Mr. Greengrass spoke with director John Madden
