Because I think it will reveal what's really happening behind the numbers and when you look at what's happening

to the consumer, when you look at the CPI, for me it really doesn't add up. But I did some homework.

I did some research.

And I think when I pulled these charts

that I discovered, things will start to add up

a little bit more.

Let me show you what I'm referring to.

First and foremost, we go to this, these numbers I saw on Twitter.

This is unbelievable to me.

I mean, in a way, it's not, it's shocking,

I think is a better word,

because it's believable, but it's shocking.

So this post has been going around, and I have no reason to dispute it.

I haven't been in the United States. I don't spend much time there, but Josh maybe you can confirm this

It goes over and it compares prices at McDonald's

going back to 2019, so it takes mid-2020-24, so today's prices and they actually

give the location here.

This one is in LA and this Taco Bell.

I'm not sure, well I guess they didn't give the location for that one.

But this gives you an example of the real rates of inflation especially for the type of consumer that's going to McDonald or talk about, which usually always obviously, but usually is going to be kind of a lower middle class.
