On today's wrestling news, will there be an influx of talent to AEW, Santos Escobar's new name,

an update on the AEW WrestleMania event, and a top star returns to WWE? Yes, so you're ready

for the news time. My name is Phil Chambers and no Gareth Morgan, who knows what he's up to today,

but first up, new talent headed to AWW potentially. So this is coming from Figure 4 Wrestling Online, F-O-W Online.

Now, there was a bunch of wrestlers that were released just after WrestleMania,

and they were all under a 90-day no-compete, which has just come up.

So there's a bunch of people on the free agent market right now.

But Figure 4 Wrestling Online, I've been talking to AW sources, and they say that

at least seven names are waiting to be signed by AEW. Now, there is absolutely no info on who that is,

and there's absolutely no info on when those deals will be done. So it's all kind of a mystery up until

that point. But one of their sources said that there may be more, but that they only know of seven personally.

Now, AW, obviously have a big show on Sunday, AW Redemption from Montreal.

So there's a potential of some people showing up on that.

But there's no leaks or anything like that as of yet, so we'll have to wait and see.

AW is in Detroit next week.

So potential for Motor City Machine Guns in their hometown.

Who the hell knows?

Now, Fightful Select did try and follow up on this and get some clarification on it,

and they asked about this specific report to their AW sources.

And their sources noted that there were several waiting to debut or sign.

And again, no specific talent or specific numbers on that part.
