And I really do hope your weekends going as well as possible. And now for my weekend, pretty darn quiet, to be honest, though I did manage to complete mouse PI for hire. And there is some, to be frank, some pretty major news to start things off with on this fine, fine Sunday. Now, I will be the first to admit. Sundays, yeah, Sundays can be quite the slow newsday for myself and editor Ryan, who always does such a great job on this Sunday. Shout to Ryan. But not today. For today, brings the revolution. Revolution, the revelation, the revolution that's been tell about, is that the merger, the WV merger lawsuit, has been dropped. Yes. to clarify, of course, is separate from the ongoing Janelle Grant case against Vintman and WVWE.

This is the lawsuit where shareholders alleged that Vinson McMahon essentially struck

up a deal with Endeavour to merge with UFC and form TKO rather than fully going through

the correct process of exploring what other bids are on the table.

Basically, the claim is that McMahon struck up that deal because it was favourable to him in that he'd be able to retain some power within WWE,

and thus the allegation from shareholders is that McMahon did not seek out the sale option that would have necessarily represented the best value for shareholders and for the company.

As in Vince took the deal that was the best deal for Vince,

rather than see what deal may have brought in the most money for shareholders.

Now, the four-day trial for this was due to start tomorrow on Monday in Delaware.

Vice-Chancellor Jay Trous Laster as well recently ruled that Vince McMahon, Tony Kahn. And on top of this, Brandon Thurston of Ressonomics and post- Wrestling has since taken to X to confirm that, yep, the trial has been cancelled, as confirmed to him by the court administrator for the Delaware
