Financing for residential building is tepid despite demand.

Well that financing isn't going to be there too long

because if these regional banks continue to have issues,

when this debt has to roll over,

there's not going to be anyone there

to lend them money at any interest rate. And my whiteboard video I talked about in the next two

years there's 1.5 trillion dollars in commercial real estate debt that needs to be rolled over.

And that money was borrowed at like a 3% interest rate.

So what happens when they have to roll that over at 7 or 8% interest?
