First up, some sad news to start the day with.

As Joe Doring has died aged 44 after a long battle with brain cancer.

Now, he's had sort of a long career in wrestling.

He started sort of in the early 2000s.

He was in the WWE developmental for a bit.

But he mainly made a name for himself in All Japan Pro Wrestling and Impact for Wrestling.

In Impact, he started in like 2020, and it was like right in the sort of beginning of the pandemic, which is an unfortunate start.

Just like start your main run on sort of American TV.

But his last major match there was against Josh Alexander in the main event of Impact Against All Odds, 22, where he lost for the Impact World Everywhere Championship.

And he did wrestle a few more matches over the sort of next month, but then had to hang up the boots.

Now, he is a two-time Impact tag team champion with Violent Bike Design, but he is also a four-time

All-Japan for wrestling tag team champion. And the twotime triple crown champion which is old japan's

main championship uh he's acts he was very much sort of throwback to old school um wrestling he was

very much a sort of stan hanson-esque the guy and he's battle with brain cancer though has been

sort of long and storied he got a tumor back in 2016 and got that removed, but then it came back in 2022,

which he had to get removed again.
