But anyway, the main event of the show was Kenny Omega versus Swerve Strickland. These are two of the gentlemen,

many gentlemen, who've been orbiting the world title scene at the moment. Andrade is next up,

or he's up at some point, we assume. No, he's not. He lost the other day. What am I talking about?

Hangman Page is next up. That's the whole point of this new story, Andy, your brain dead imp.

But yeah, Andrade is already in it as well. Samoa Joe was until he got put on a concussion protocol. But at the moment, it looks like we're down to Swarf Strickland versus Kenny Omega as to who is the number two contender, kind of. And it might be Swarff Strickland because he beat Kenny Omega after a very good match on last night's dynamite made event. And he turned heel in the process.

It started doing the match where

he was complaining about how he think he

dislocated something. He was on the ropes.

Kenny Omega queued up a V-trigger and

Aubrey Edwards ate it. It just completely

ate it. So the way they filmed it was actually pretty good because at first you weren't totally

sure if Swerve had pulled her in. Yes. It didn't look, it wasn't like totally obvious or whatever and

the announcers kind of debated it a little bit but as it unfolded it was quite

clear that he had because he's an evil doer and the match continued thereafter and no i'm not going to

do a play by play that's what the podcast is for that's what ups and downs is for but paul turner came

out and they got a second referee and there was some really good drama with some kickouts after

the ref bump and then eventually swerve just put him away.

He beat him.

He hit a charging house call and then he hit the big pressure on Omega for the victory.
