On today's solo Sunday news is this really it for Bailey in WWE.

A fan favorite WWE star has been pulled due to injury.

TNA turned down an upcoming W.WE tryout attendee and the next FXT call-up has seemingly been revealed.

Now, right, let's dive into it, and let's dive straight into the latest on Bailey on her WW status, her WW future, and of course, whether she's now done with a company, likely with a move to AEW on the horizon. right. So the last time we saw Bailey, that was on Saturday Night's main event earlier this month, where she was being choked out, that bulldo choke from Lyra Valkyria, then hit with the night wing on the steel steps. And that led, of course, to plenty of full speculation that this could be WWE's way of not just writing Bailey off TV, but writing her out of the company.

All of course, as we had like little nods and winks, mainly from the mischievous Mercedes Monet of Bailey,

possibly going to AEW, becoming all elite at some point down the line.

On top of that, there have been various reports that Bailey's existing WWE deal is coming up later this year, adding more fuel to that fire that she's wrapping up with the company. On that topic, though, Dave Meltzer, the wrestling observer, notes that the Saturday night main event that was talked about beforehand as potentially being Bailey's last time performing at Madison Square Garden,

and that the Lyra angle, look on to Dave here, felt like an angle both ending the program

and maybe blowing off Bailey for good. And that, at the very least, as well, Dave notes that

Bailey has a big decision to make. Interestingly, Bailey had also been featured on the promotional

material for the WVE tryout more on that later, that's taking place during SummerSlam weekend. Next weekend, the week today. It was, I mean, well, a week yesterday as well, I guess. But it was Bailey that was Shaw Michaels, there was Natalia, Giovanni Evans, and NXT general manager Robert Stone. Shout to Robbie E, man. But yes, in an added twist, Bailey has now been replaced on that

graphic by Ivy Nile and stirring apart even more on all of this. CM Punk is posted on Instagram,

an image of Bailey standing in the entrance ramp, the video wall behind her, and then the caption,

he ran Bailey out of here, suggesting that, yes, that old Pepsi Phil,

cola fill, I guess, these days has ran Bailey out of WWE.

Now, this is likely just CN Punk, being a bit of a scamp, having a bit of fun.

But it does kind of, you know, and kind of punk being punk, he's probably just doing this to bring some more uncertainty to those like,

Bailey is done, Bailey is, hashtag all all elite all those sort of stories um but in another twist of all this

bailey amidst all of this speculation she actually made her return to the ring last night yes

wrestling against lyra valkyria and women's intercontinental champion solruca are a stockton, California live event. There is, if you have a look on the usual social media, there is plenty of footage of this return on there. And also, in fact, I think the full match is on, I've definitely seen the full match. I think it was on YouTube that I watched it. It seemed like a lot of fun. There was a lot of aggression from Bailey, which you'd kind of expect, given, again, what happened, the Saturday Night's main event. And the finish was Bailey getting posted by Lyra being sent to the outside, and then Sol Ruper comes from behind and hits the Soul Snatcher on Lyra for the one, two, three. Now, also in a nice nod to the Saturday night's main event match against Lyra. Bailey was wearing a t-shirt which just had like Lyra's bloodied face on it, which I mean, obviously Lyra was busted open at the Saturday night's main event. And Bailey's also shared a picture of that t-shirt on her socials. So yes, where you look at all of this, Bailey is maybe done with WWE, has a big decision to make, has been written off TV,

wrestled at Madison Square Garden for the final time, but is then back in action at a live

event with there clearly plenty of spark left in the whole Lyra of Alkiri rivalry, at least.
