So Night of Champions is in the books, and it was okay. It was all right. A solid, if not a spectacular PLE, some good matches, some not so good matches, a very predictable card, but that's not always a bad thing. And one of the things that some of us did predict was the arrival of Hiculeu, yes, who made his mark and helped Solo Sacoa defeat Jacob Fatu to become the new United States champion. Actually, it wasn't just Higulu who helped solo for, yes, there was interference from

J.C. Mateo, but we also got the return of Tonga Lower, who hadn't been seen since war games

back in, what, November?

I believe it was a shoulder injury of memory serves that's been keeping Tonga Lower out of action,

but yeah, you had J.C. Mateo got involved, then a hudded figure appeared and attacked Jacob,

who revealed themselves to be Tonga Lowa.

And then, then Hikuleu soon appeared, putting Fatu through the announced table.

The table was not breaking. For those maybe not familiar with Hikuleu, he's the adopted

son of Haqu, the brother of Tamatonga, adopted brother of Tonga lower, formerly part of the

Bullet Club, a former IWGP tag team champion, a former New Japan strong tag team champion,

a former strong openweight champion and just generally a big old boy. In fact, Wade Barrett put him over on commentary as being seven foot tall, like the giant Gonzalez or something, which isn't, I mean, it's not quite the case.
