I'm here with my less good looking research assistant, Josh,

and we're going to go over a story, Airbnb,

actually a personal story of mine

that I'm going to share with you right now that really illustrates this global

Airbnb bubble and to the extent that it reaches. I know a lot of you watching this video right now probably see your

local Airbnb market and the prices have gone up and that's or the rents that they can

charge are much higher than they can get with monthly, like a six month or one year lease.

You totally get that.

And there's been a lot of buying, a lot of demand as a result of these Airbnbs. And they're obviously competing with owner-occupants.

So the problem there is a lot of these air B&B owners have gotten themselves spread too thin. So if their occupancy rate goes down, now all of a sudden they can't afford

their mortgage. But that's not the whole story. You see, outside of the United States and maybe even inside of the United States a lot of these

Airbnb owners don't own the house.

I'll I'll share with you exactly what I'm referring to my personal story let's get into it so for those

of you who are die-hard fans that watch like every single video a shout out to All-Nider Hider.

It's a sustainable lumber company,

just to name a few.

You know that I've been looking for a house.

Right now I'm just living in one of my rental properties here in Mediene

That we just do long-term leases. We don't do Airbnb

But this is just one of the rooms that I kind of turned into an office.
