realized we didn't finish doing show prep so we're gonna have to do it right

now sure if I ever told you guys on the air and I know this is a lot to ask on

the air about my cast iron frying pan yeah hobby if I told you it on the air

yes okay all right never mind them okay I don't know yeah I know we've

talked about it I just don't remember if we've talked about it on the air

okay scratch that and I apologize to the listeners for that I mean not

everybody's listened to every episode why don't you just tell it again I want
