it'll be over Labor Day.

So it'll be a five day in-person retreat,

and as usual, we're keeping the cost as low as possible,

so that as many people can attend without undue financial stress.

And also the hope is that in April we can do one of our day loans.

So I'll be hoping to announce that as well in person in Manhattan.

So tonight I thought I'd talk about the inundation of bad news in the world

and how to be or find balance when we are saturated with dramatic, challenging, unsettling news from the world around us.

I hope this talk will be of some interest and once the talk is

concluded we'll go directly into some spiritual practices that I've will mention in the in the talk and then

there'll be time for questions at the end.
