but that's just the tip of the story or the tip of the icebergs. I think that's

where the story begins and there's all this contagion risk not just

within commercial real estate or within the banking system that nobody is

talking about and I think that's the much bigger story.

talking about that. I see we work everywhere, even in Columbia and Mediene.

They have these massive buildings

or obviously they're leasing these massive buildings and I know a lot of the

digital nomads and entrepreneurs and the real estate guys and many and I don't know any of them that that use we work that's just anecdotal evidence

But my point is if they're really struggling in the United States and Canada,

I would assume that they're going to be struggling in a lot of different markets across the entire globe.

And it's not just we work. If they go go bust they don't go bust in a vacuum right
