this major AW star who's rejected a big creative pitch. Now Sammy Gavara, if you are unaware,

returned on a ring of honor taking on July 29th, saving Dustin Rose from

attack by the Dark Order. Now this obviously led some people to speculate

whether or not they did plan to return for him on the main roster,

but because of his previous issues

the Mercedes Monet,

whether or not that had affected his booking on A.W. rather than Ring of Honor.

But Brian Alvarez clarified this situation saying,

I know that everybody immediately jumped to the following conclusion that he was moved

to Ring of Honor because Mercedes Monet is on the main AWTVO TV show.

I was told that him being on Ring of Honor

has absolutely nothing to do with Mercedes.

I mentioned that to some people and they were like,

there's no way it has to be.

All I can tell you is this,

Sammy has been ready to go for a little while,

which we've been talking about previously, of course. They did have a storyline for Sammy Guevara that would have brought him back to the main roster,
