A-W-Star and current tag team champion, Cash Wheeler, really a Daniel Wheeler,

has been arrested in Orange County, Florida, and charged with aggravated assault with a firearm.

This is just coming to light right this second, but as covered here by pro wrestling.net,

Jason Powell Wheeler was released from jail on Friday after posting a $2,500 bond.

A-W-Sew Day statement to pro wrestling.net stating A-W has been a made aware of the charge,

and we are closely monitoring the situation, he is fully cooperating with local authorities.

All right, a little bit of an interruption here to the video into some new information,

has come out while we've been in the process of just processing the situation ourselves,

really coming from the relevant police documents here, noting the incident actually took place

on the 27th of July, according to these things that have come out. Cash has entered a not-gale

and he has cooperated with the authorities in this situation as well.

Yeah, just another thing to consider in this whole deal as we all kind of try and make sense

of the situation, you won't find any ridiculous speculation on what happened here,

we're just going to talk about it within a wrestling context and we'll get to that.

Yeah, I can fill you in just a little bit on the charge here, per how I've looked this up,

because I'm not a flirty law expert. Per criminal attorney Tampa. Don't know,

a conviction for aggravated assault with a firearm is punished as a third degree felony.

This means that the defendant may be incarcerated for up to five years

and be ordered to pay a fine of up to $5,000 if I'm guilty, of course. So yeah, it's a pretty

shocking situation, obviously, to come through and I'm sure there will be further details that come

to light on this, one certain things that are public records come out and so forth and so forth.
