Well, are we all in for a treat today? I am so, so excited if you can't hear in my voice and so honored by our amazing guest and friend today, we have the one, the only. Emma Mae Jenkins

or Emma Mae McDaniel, her new married name on the podcast today. She is such a ray of sunshine and joy.

Today, we're both talking about newlywed advice. We are both fairly newlyweds. Emma at this point

has been married about seven, eight months, and Michael and I are almost, or at this time, so close

to our first year wedding anniversary.

And so we're kind of talking about everything that God has taught us through marriage.

The hard things, yes, we're going there, the good things, the really sanctifying things,

just all the advice for those who are getting married or really just desire to get married.

We're not discounting anyone, no matter what relationship status you are. Also,

at the end, we're talking about some wedding planning advice from Emma's heart and mine to yours,

just some tips and tricks that have helped us when we were planning our wedding, because although

it's such a fun time, it can be pretty stressful, other people's opinions can be loud,

and just to remind you how to keep Christ at the center
