This is our, we've been we've been dicting this for some time,

we've been warning, advising, whatever the right word is.

But here we are of our first questions pod on a Tuesday and here we

are recording it in exactly the same time as we would do the Monday one.

Sunday morning exactly the same routine for some reason. Don't ask me about change,

Q and... It's back holiday and I think this is actually quite good coming. I mean coming out on Tuesday because it's a train strike.

There's lots of people having extended walks of the dog and long session down the gym,

just like we do of course. We're workout junkies, aren't we?

You've seen our listeners, Kieren, if there's a train train strike they're not going at the gym.

Our listeners are not walking to the gym and doing a gym session. Yeah I say I hate

change unless it's mayors of large conurbations in which case I'm perfectly happy for that to happen.

Also I should point out to the listeners that we're doing this on Sunday morning a little bit

early in normal because somebody has to be a Brighton game today and somebody in a rather provocative

exercise is wearing their bright and shirt as we do the podkin I thought we I

thought we discussed it's no shirts yeah but it is it is 41 years old from the 83 to 85 era.

So.

And tell everyone why you're wearing, who's the way you're carrying, which is why you're

hearing, which is why you're allowed to wear your shirt early?

Well the Baroness is looking after our grandchildren for three or four days.
