Published by the Ministry of Justice today, the NZ CVS is based on interviews with more than 7100 New Zealanders between November 22 and October

Ms. Parrish says the key finding in the survey was that, for most crimes, the number of victims is consistent with

previous years, but there was an increase in fraud and vehicle theft. Last year, we reported a
