meditation from the word of God I'm Melissa Disney and tonight many of us may be ready for new beginnings.

Close your eyes.

Take a deep breath.

Let parts of your body switch off.

Relax your toes.

Focus on your legs.

Let any tension to solve away.

Feel your lower back and your abs switching off.

Now your chest feel as the tension melts away let your shoulders arms and hands

relax and shut down relax and find yourself starting to drift off father god thank you for new beginnings

i ask that you guide this child of yours in the coming days.

Help them hear your voice as you guide them in the days, weeks and months ahead.

Thank you for your protection and your wisdom as they make their way through the days ahead.

Thank you for your many blessings and the lessons learned from the past.

We honor you and give you all the glory.
