whether it's some of the decisions Carlos Mendoza made

let's not lose sight over the fact that the New York Mets got shut out by Walker Buehler and four of his

dopey friends. That's the reality. The reality is we all sat there freezing our ass off at City Field,

waiting and hoping that things would be similar to other moments this season

where they don't hit for five or six innings and then

while they wake up whether it was game four against the Philadelphia Phillies or it was

game 161 against the Braves or it was the game against Milwaukee, game three, like you sit there and you just hope.

And that kind of what happened in game They had so many freaked offensive opportunities early in this game.

They could not cash in.
