We're sitting here in a world where for the first time since 1973, the New York Knicks have won the NBA title.

I just want to shout out some names on the New York Knicks' 1973 roster.

Okay.

That's how we're going to start this. Perfect.

Obviously, you have Walt Frazier, Earl Monroe, Willis Reed. We got Jerry Lucas.

We got Dave DeBusher. We got Bill Bradley. Bill Bradley has since gone on to be a senator, by the way.

Henry Bibby, who is Mike Bibby's father.

Phil Jackson, as in Phil Jackson, who has won, what, eight titles, nine titles as an NBA coach.

That is the last time the New York Knicks have won the

NBA title. It's been 53 years and Jalen Brunson has sealed it to bring it back to New York

with a monster 45 point performance tonight where, look, we're recording this before the

trophy ceremony. I'm assuming he's going to win finals MVP. And I think it's going to be very well earned if he does. O.G. and Anobi certainly is a case for this as well. But I would imagine that it's going to be Jalen Brunson is your finals MVP. And Bryce, your immediate thoughts. Let's just kind of start there. Yeah, I mean, I think he deserves it.

I was actually talking with somebody a couple days ago that I thought even before tonight

or however long this series lasted if the Knicks won.

I think Brunson still was probably going to be the MVP.

But I was like, man, OG kind of has an argument here because I had went back for a little project I was doing and watched the final six minutes of the first four games.

And it seemed like I clipped out so much of OG and Anobi, excuse me, doing just incredible things.

And not just the shot making Sam.

Like it's the transition chase down block and the rebounds and, you know,

just all of these little things that he does along with the scoring.
