On today's show, we're talking about lessons we've learned from the first two exhibition games

of 2025 for the New York Jets. We're going to talk about why we've learned that this roster is not a

finished product. We're going to talk about players who are in a make or break season and how they have performed,

but we're going to start by talking about the rookie class of 2025.

Now, nothing I'm about to say is a big surprise.

In fact, I would say that even on draft day, it felt like the most likely scenario for this rookie class

was Jets fans were going to need patience.

But I think the first two exhibition games have reiterated that this Jets rookie class is probably

not going to make a huge impact on day one.

And that's not a huge surprise again.

When you're dealing with rookies, they are transitioning to the NFL.

It is a difficult thing to go from being a college football player to a pro football player.

And every year, there are only a handful of rookies who step in and are immediately impact players.
