The Jets have a new starting quarterback this week as Tyrod Taylor takes over for Justin Fields against the Baltimore Ravens.

It's not going to make a difference though unless somebody steps up for the Jets at wide receiver.

Baltimore Ravens. We're going to talk about why the Jets aren't just playing the Ravens. They're

playing themselves in this game. We'll talk about the formidable offense the Baltimore Ravens

have, at least on paper. But we will begin by talking about the quarterback change in the New York Jets made this week,

moving from Justin Fields to Tyrod Taylor and why the Jets offensive struggles cannot be cured by a

quarterback change alone. Now, we spent much of the week discussing the decision to move on from

Justin Fields. You know, I think it's the correct decision.

Fields could very well start another game this season.

You know, we still have seven games to go.

Very plausible, perhaps even likely that Tyrod Taylor plays himself out of the lineup or Tyrod Taylor gets injured.

You know, the other option would be Brady Cook.

I don't think the Jets would go to Brady Cook until we get to like week 16, 17, 18.

I think that we know that Brady Cook's not really part of this team's future.

I think we know that Brady Cook, as bad as Justin Fields looked, Brady Cook is liable to look even worse.

And he's not really a player.

The Jets have anything invested.
