On today's show, we're going to talk about the initial Jets 53-man roster. Cut-down day was yesterday, so we now have a first look at the 2025 New York Jets. We're going to talk about what I think the Jets did right,

what I think the Jets did wrong,

and some players who are now available cut by other teams

who should interest the New York Jets.

Now let's begin with the positive.

And I want to preface this by saying

the moves that were made yesterday probably are not going

to be franchise altering decisions

one way or the other.

In fact, the 53-man roster, the Jets released yesterday, is unlikely to be the 53-man roster

the Jets have a week and a half from now when the regular season begins because other

teams cut players.

The Jets will certainly be interested in those guys and they will be able to upgrade at spots where they are weak.

But I do have some thoughts on what the Jets did and what they did not do yesterday.

So let's start with the positive.
