So I'm looking forward to these live streams coming back. Let's talk about the New York Giants. I called the Washington Commanders a tough preview. If you've listened to that episode already, I think the Giants are a bit of a tough preview as well. Some interesting elements.

Let's start on the offense. There's a big underlying question, and that is how much play is

Daniel Jones going to get. Now, I think in some ways this is being overblown, but the big

crux and decision here is if the Giants want to move on from Daniel Jones, they have to

make the decision by the middle of March next year. They have five days into the league year

where they can make the choice before the guaranteed money that he is owed hits on the cap. And it's a

significant amount. I don't have the exact numbers off the top of my head,

but it's like 20 million. Where it gets interesting is if he can't pass a physical on that day

at the end of the beginning of the league year and at the end of the guaranteed time window,

he triggers another guaranteed money bonus that hits the cap as well. So there's an interesting

dilemma that you typically don't see, I guess, with quarterbacks where if the Giants want to move on

from Jones, they get to make that decision next year, but they need him not to be injured. Because

if he's injured, even if they do move on from them, there's going to be a massive
