Wow! We did it! We made it! My kiddo, Catherine, she just turned three years old, which is great, but she's also had this like lingering cold for, I don't know, 50 years, and she's only three years old because she's a toddler who goes to school

pre-K and stuff. Yeah I was gonna say enjoy the next two years of that. Oh I mean yeah forever and so I've just been

waiting for it to just slam into me and crush me like I get when I got COVID right before

San Diego but no I feel healthy I feel strong I'm getting up at six, I'm getting on the bike, I'm getting ready to kick New York Comic-Con's ass, everybody, let's do this.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, New York Comic Con is our home convention. It's our people in the

city that does not sleep well because we have anxiety and we drink too much coffee. I do love I love the vibe of New York Comic-Con

there's just something about it that's really great and there's gonna be a lot of stuff coming

up this week we're of course gonna have at the time you're listening to this the

this week in Marvel Captain America podcast event panel situation will have

that already happened in which Ryan and I have talked all

things Captain America with some really cool people but also if you can't be

there with us in person you want to see more, always more. You can watch Ryan all weekend long at

Comic-Con. So much going on, of course we in person at New York Comic Con.
