We taped a live podcast, we had some people come out.

Obviously the site is still growing, the podcast is still growing,

and so maybe someday, you know, we'll try this again at another time maybe with some you

know professional athletes and guests and you know I'd love to do a tailgate show

someday before you know a championship or a cross-country mean I think that'd be awesome but for a

championship or a cross-country mean, I think that'd be awesome. But we try this for the first time.

I think it was a little bit of a success.

It was a good time.

Special shout out to the Sitwitz who ran with me

for a couple miles right after the run,

helped me get ready for the New York City Marathon. But yeah, this is a conversation

with me and Kit Fox of Men's Journal, previously of Runners World who just nerding out on the men's and

women's elite field touched on the celebrities for a little bit and got a little bit of

trivia at the very end so enjoy and hope you guys enjoy watching the New York City Marathon on TV or in person on Sunday morning. And so I'm joined here by my good friend Kit Fox who used to write at Runners World now is at

Men's Journal and yeah it's got one of the best names.
