Summary

Your family is the factory where your life is built. What kind of product are you turning out? If your household runs on the same unspoken roles, triggers, and “walking on eggshells” rules, 2026 turns into the same arguments with a different calendar. Dr. Phil walks you through a practical reset that doesn’t require a blowup. If you’re tired of vague promises and empty threats, this episode gives you the structure to build a home that feels safer, steadier, and more fair, starting today.

You’ll learn:

  • How to call out the pattern, not the person
  • The exact “3 questions” that keep family meetings productive
  • Consequences that don’t escalate, they work
