I'm Phil Perry just a couple days away from the new year.

So we're bringing in our buddy Matt Castle to talk about some New Year's resolutions. We want to hear from the man himself,

what he has planned for the next 12 months. But we're also going to be talking heavy New England

Patriots. We're going to do a little role play as well. So Bill Belichick, Mack Jones,

what should their New Year's resolutions be?

For 2023, we talk a lot about Bill O'Brien, a lot of news about Bill O'Brien of late.

He actually mentioned in a press conference the fact that he hasn't talked to anybody in New

England since last April, but speculation obviously there that he could be back in Foxborough to be working with Mack

Jones and the Patriots offense next season as they look to change things based on what

happened to them offensively here in 2022. So would he be open to it? I know he's open to an NFL

return. We had Albert Breer on the podcast just a couple

weeks ago to talk about his interest. As far as that goes, he's focused on what Alabama is

doing right now in their bowl game. But it would not surprise me if soon after the NFL season,

Bill Belichick is on the horn because he has to know, he has to move fast.

These coaching changes happen very, very quickly.

And if he doesn't pick up that phone soon after the Patriot season is done, somebody else will and maybe scoop up.

Bill O'Brien, does he land in Tennessee?

If Tennessee moves on from its offensive coordinator, how about out in Vegas is Josh McDaniels looking for help

on the offensive side because he would like to become sort of that big picture CEO,

all around true head coach and not an offensive coordinator who has the head coach's title.
