Summary
Do not be concerned with the fruit of your action. Just give attention to the action itself. The fruit will come of its own accord" - Eckhart Tolle
This is an episode about change. With New Years around the corner it's important to remember what actually brings about transformation. The tendency, when we want to evolve, is to look at the ultimate goal, but this is both misleading and discouraging. Greatness isn't about saying yes to the goal, it's about continually saying yes and showing up for the small commitments that create the goal. Your job is not to be the best, your job is to do the small things every day that will make you the best.
