We took the foremost popular New's resolutions, and we asked you on social media to submit your questions, and now it's time to answer them.

Wow. As with most financial questions, I say it depends.

The financial calculators, I think, are pretty clear that if you want a pure, pure financial thing in many parts of the country, rent is going to do it for you, right?

I don't think this is a financial question because I think you can make an argument either way of I put money into the home and the home elevates in value.

your own house, then get a house? Do you hate working on your own house, then rent? Do you like creating something?
