Those are some of my resolutions, my goals for this year, and that's our topic today.

As I said, each year I like to spend at least one day looking back, look back at the

previous year, 2021, and think about, you know, all the good things, basically what did

I learn, what did I enjoy, what am I grateful for?

And then the next thing I like to do, as we, after Christmas usually, getting close to

the New Year, it's time to look forward to 2022, time to look forward to the new year,

and start thinking what do you want to accomplish next year?

And in English we call these New Year's resolutions, a resolution is a strong decision, a resolution.

So what you're doing is you're deciding your intention for the next year, your intention,

what does that mean?

It means kind of your mindset, your attitude, what do you intend to do?

What do you want to do in 2022?
