Let's get into it and talk about what this smart goal is.

So yeah, smart goal is like Jay said an acronym.

I'm sure you guys have heard this before, but smart goals are S specific, M measurable, A, achievable, or attainable.

I've seen it both ways.

R results focused and T, time bound or time sensitive.

So developing your goals, it's important, like, you know, to kind of get them out of that,

like that broad and general kind of like, I'm going to lose weight kind of space into like,

okay, kind of outlining specifically what you want, how much you want to lose, how you know

you're losing it, and, you know, what the results you're looking for and within what time frame you're going to lose that weight. So it's just a way of a framework of thinking about your goals and we're just going to kind of fly through them at this point. I don't know. We'll talk about each one. And then, Jay, do you want to like talk about, I guess we can kind of connect it to one of our personal goals?

And then provide a real life example.

So yeah, specific.

Your smart goals should be simplistic.

They should be written and clearly defined and kind of laying out, you know, exactly what you're going to do.

So it's the what, the why, and the how of the smart model.

So, Jay, specifically tell me one of your goals being like super clear on the what, the why, and the how.

Okay.

So the cooking show that I mentioned, what it is, it's a cooking show, but that's why I've had to take my time with it because I wanted to figure out how I'm going to frame that cooking show, what it's going to be about, who's going to be on it, what do I want to present to the people.

And then the how, I have to pull together my team. You know, I have to find a location.

I have to find a producer and a content producer.

And I have all of that.
