This is the first episode in the New Year, New Thoughts series that I’m hosting here on the podcast.
I’m rejecting the concept of “new year, new you,” because I don’t think you need to be a new you. I think it’s okay to accept yourself just the way you are right now.
In this series, I’ll be elaborating on some of the chapters from my book, How to Lose Weight for the Last Time: Brain-Based Solutions for Permanent Weight Loss. I’ll talk about what is said in the book, and then I’ll dive deeper into it here on the podcast.
