Yes, happy new year everybody. Great to have you with me. It's 2020 and a new decade. Of course, it's just another day. It's not over egot, but you know, when we stand at the threshold of a new year or a new decade

or even those of us remember the new millennium, it feels like a time just to reset, refresh ourselves, remind ourselves of what's important as we look to the year ahead.

So that's what we're going to do today, affirm some things we need to remember as we approach this new year, okay?

These things will stand us in good stead for the weeks, months and years ahead,

so I'm looking forward to getting into this.

After that, I'll look at a review that's been left and yeah some other good stuff as

well so stay tuned for that but don't forget as ever at the threshold of a new year
