Hello, I'm Father Joe Roche of the Marian Fathers of the Immaculate Conception.

Thank you for joining us as we continue with our year-long journey, reading the diary of

St. Maria Faustina Cavalska from beginning to end. Today we read a letter from St. Faustina to Father Sopochko from

April of 1936. Volendouf, April 1936, Jesus, Mary and Joseph, Reverend Father,

I am sending you my best wishes for a happy Easter. Alleluia. I wish you many divine graces

from the risen Savior and especially a great love of God, because only this has meaning in man's life.

Father, I am immensely happy about all that has already been done for the glory of God, and that

everything is advancing according to God's will towards a happy end.

I now know that nothing can nullify God's will.

At present I am under the special care of the merciful heart of Jesus.

I have no one to whom I could open my soul and

whom I could ask about many a mystery, how I should understand it or carry it out in life.

Now I understand what it means to have a spiritual director. But in all circumstances, I conform myself to God's will and trust in God's mercy,

that everything will be well. As you know, I continue to commune with the Lord Jesus interiorly.

Jesus does not spare me his light and grants me a deep knowledge of myself. I feel an extraordinary
