Hi everyone, just popping in here to say hello and to also let you know that I am so

grateful for each and every one of you who signed up for the New Year Better U course.

Having registration open for just two weeks and the amount of people who decided to sign up and do their soul work and learn more about their writing practice

and how to find their voice through self-care and meditative journaling and all of that good, full, amazing stuff just blew me away. We have over 600 people in the first wave of the course and I just sent out week four on Sunday

and I'm actually really sad that this first wave is coming to an end.

Sad but happy. I mean, I've just been changed completely

by the community that showed up to take this course.

So of course I had a few folks reach out and say I missed the opportunity

I wasn't able to sign up and I wanted to let you all know if you have not seen on my social media or in my newsletters yet that

you still have a chance to sign up because I reopened registration for February.

Now this one will be the same exact course but you'll be able to

take this course on your own time and at your own pace. I will still be doing check-ins but just not as often. I'm also

going to be offering phone calls which I did for the first wave which was very fun

to chat with folks and see how they were doing.

But you won't be getting the weekly emails from me.

You'll be able to kind of dive into your writing practice

as your schedule permits.

And I am strongly considering having this just live in my web shop

until the end of the year because truly you can never have a writing work I guess like

this that's going to be too much you know you can always come back to it. You can always revisit it and dive in even deeper.

So with all that being said, I'm rambling, with all of that being said, if you would like to join the second wave of
