is the execution style murder by Sheriff Mickey Steins and Letcher County, Kentucky, allegedly, although it is all caught on tape, but we must say alleged until he is convicted in the court of law.

And again, he shoots and kills by firing eight rounds into his former friend and judge Kevin Mullen.

Kevin Mollins was 54 years old.
