What's going on, folks?

Back to the podcast.

We're on the road.

We got a little music in the background.

Probably won't last long because I'm kind of going mobile, so to speak.

But it turned down a little bit.

Yeah, so taking care of some family business, and this is just going to be one take.

Just me and you.

No tricks, no cricket buttons, no hello frisco, very depressing, I understand.

But we'll see how good I've gotten at this, too, if I can just riff for an hour plus,

et cetera.

That bring a lot of different things to you guys. But

on the road, taking care of some family stuff. And I didn't bring anything with me, of course.

You know, when I was in Intel, you learned how to travel light. And he used to drive my wife

crazy because we go on these long trips and she's like, where's your luggage? And I'd say, I got everything I need in this little bag, including ammunition and things like that.

But traveling and I didn't bring any recording equipment, I expected to have everything wrapped up.

Today, Monday, and it's not wrapped up,

and things are complicated.

You know, a good friend of mine, Tant has been on the show, and he had a fantastic,

just fantastic and moving, and I've said it before, tribute to his late daughter Rachel,

who died of an overdose from heroin and fentanyl.

And he said something to me a while back,
