We've lived in hitching for 10 years. We've rented in all of that time. The last few years,

their rent has gone up dramatically. Last year our landlord proposed to put our rent up by 40% overnight.

That was incredibly difficult experience. If you make an issue with the landlord and you resist

potential rent increases and things like that ultimately they can no fault of it to you.

The worry was that not just we'd have to move, but we'd have

to move area, move our daughter out of school, and my wife works in the town and doesn't drive. So it was the whole thing of what do we do.
