You guys have started the Premiere software for helping wholesalers sell their deals essentially, right?

Before, investor lift cost at a minimum, what, six grand?

Originally, it was 120,000 a year.

And that was less features and functionality than today.

Than the free version today.

And in December, before we launched it, we're generating about a half a billion dollars of offers in a month by

February we were like 31,000 dollars short of a billion and then we just closed last month with

1.8 billion what we realized is AIs are way better than humans at like 99% of pretty much everything

you know obviously this AI you guys introduced it, I think, in December,

right? And it's just going to keep getting better like all AI. What have you seen from that so far?

Yeah, great question. So we started like, what's going on, wealth voters? Today, I have got the CEO of

Investor Lift, where they process over a billion dollars worth of offers every single month. And we're going to talk about
