Today, we are busting that wide open. We're revealing the surprising truth about how long it really takes to hardwire in new behaviors, plus some seriously clever science-backed shortcuts to help you speed up that time.

around forever, right? For me, it was always that little light at the end of the tunnel when I was

trying to form a new habit. Like when I started hitting the gym, every single workout felt like a

monumental effort. And I would just cling to that thought. Just power through it for three weeks.

And after that, it's smooth sailing. It'll just be a habit. But then the 21st day would hit.

the top unsexy wellness habit that we should all be doing was. And I said flossing, which I feel like they were like,

that's a really weird habit to share Liz. But flossing is an unsung health hero. It is so important

for our heart health. It helps prevent Alzheimer's. It helps reduce our risk of strokes.

And also, I promise you, if you are not flossing regularly, I'm just going to say your breath
