Hey everybody, Ted Forbes. Welcome back to the art of photography.

Today is the day, I'm going to give you a tour of the new studio.

Now, just in case you didn't see the video I did a couple weeks ago,

I'm kind of being forced to move out of this space, largely because of this vacant lot.

Now why would a vacant lot make me want to move?

Well in about a week they're going to start breaking ground here

for a parking garage and two 15-story towers housing

about 700 apartments.

My studio window is right over there.

I live in an old building and it lets a lot of

noise in and I've dealt enough with the construction on the street over the

last two years so this isn't going to fly so I started looking for a studio

space. After I posted that last video talking about how I needed a space,

I got an email.

A gentleman named Giovanni Galucci reached out to me.

Now Giovanni, I knew who he was.

He works with another YouTube channel called Geek Brief.

And I knew that they were in Dallas.

I did not know that they were interested

in co-locating their space.

So I've worked to deal out with them.
