0:00.0	Hey everybody, Ted Forbes. Welcome back to the art of photography.
0:02.8	Today is the day, I'm going to give you a tour of the new studio.
0:05.6	Now, just in case you didn't see the video I did a couple weeks ago,
0:08.7	I'm kind of being forced to move out of this space, largely because of this vacant lot.
0:13.2	Now why would a vacant lot make me want to move?
0:19.2	Well in about a week they're going to start breaking ground here
0:24.8	for a parking garage and two 15-story towers housing
0:28.1	about 700 apartments.
0:29.8	My studio window is right over there.
0:31.7	I live in an old building and it lets a lot of
0:34.2	noise in and I've dealt enough with the construction on the street over the
0:37.9	last two years so this isn't going to fly so I started looking for a studio
0:41.5	space. After I posted that last video talking about how I needed a space,
0:45.0	I got an email.
0:46.0	A gentleman named Giovanni Galucci reached out to me.
0:49.0	Now Giovanni, I knew who he was.
0:50.0	He works with another YouTube channel called Geek Brief.
0:53.1	And I knew that they were in Dallas.
0:55.1	I did not know that they were interested
0:56.7	in co-locating their space.
0:57.9	So I've worked to deal out with them.
0:59.7	I'm really excited about this.
