| 1:23.9 | Good morning, Scott. Thank you so much for having us. Well, and Joe, let me begin with you. Tell us a little bit more about this law. It was actually passed in 2016 and signed by then Governor Jerry Brown. How does it work and how is it going to be phased in? |
| 1:38.3 | Thank you, Scott. This law has been a long time coming. It is a transformative step in the right direction for climate change and environmental improvement. What this law does is it now has a mandatory requirement for diverting organic material from landfills. |
